Around Tufts: Need a midweek outdoor fix? Run or bike to the Fells! The Middlesex Fells is a 2,500+ acre nature preserve about two miles north of Tufts. Head there for miles of hiking, running, and mountain biking trails, reservoirs, and great views of Boston from the watchtower. Check out this website for more information including maps here .

In the Whites (around the Loj): Unlimited possibilities abound. Favorites include the traditional 48, 4,000 footers which include the Presidentials, the Bonds, the Osceolas, Mt. Lafayette, and many more. Check out trip suggestions below.
