Sahana Rao-Chakravorti comes from the little town of Brookline, MA right outside Boston. Though she grew up effectively as a city mouse, she fell in love with the outdoors after spending a semester living on a farm at The Mountain School in Vermont during her Junior Year of high school. She loves hiking, trail runs, fires and lying in tall grass.
Sahana is a Psychology Major with a Studio Art Minor and is Pre-Vet. She cares deeply about animals and the land they live on. While she loves all animals equally, she has a soft spot for sloths. Sahana is excited to work with members of the Tufts Community as well as the people of New Hampshire to learn more about the land and history of the places that we are lucky enough to explore.
