Owen Lawler
Co-President
Owen (he/him) is a junior from Lexington, MA studying electrical engineering, and he is thrilled to be a co-president of TMC! He loves getting outdoors and you can usually find him attempting to run faster than the Green Line, hiking and backpacking across New England, skiing wherever there is snow, or walking up the steps at the Harvard stadium. He also likes not wearing cotton while hiking, oscilloscopes, and figuring out which brand of pen is the best. He is super excited to help TMC provide amazing outdoor experiences for all, so if you have any questions regarding activities around campus or up in the White Mountains, or suggestions for the club, please don’t hesitate to contact him!

Fletcher Polsky
Co-President
Fletcher (he/him) is a sophomore from the Falmouth, Maine who is studying international relations and quantitative economics. Outside, he enjoys playing with his dog in the snow, staring at trees for long periods of time, being awful at fire building, and skiing in the woods. He loves yapping about travel, the Boston Celtics, astronomy, and the great state of Maine. He is very excited to enlarge the TMC community and do some abnormal and wild activities outdoors, especially those involving costumes. Please reach out with any questions, requests, or crazy ideas!

Charlie Gavin
Loj Director
Charlie (He/him) is a junior from Milton, Massachusetts studying international relations and mandarin! He is super excited to be your Loj Director and can’t wait to see familiar and new faces in TMC this year. On campus, you can typically find him on sitting Pres lawn, procrastinating in Tisch, or speedwalking to class. Outside, he loves to explore the surrounding area by walking and running, and tries to hike, swim and ski wherever possible. He has a passion for introducing people to the Loj and getting them up there to explore the amazing places nearby, so feel free to reach out, ask questions, and say hi!

Jeffrey Wang
Treasurer
Jeffrey (he/him) is a sophomore from Valley Forge, PA, studying Chemical Engineering. Although he most enjoys backpacking, you can find him strolling around campus, exploring nearby trails, or hammocking when it isn’t absolutely freezing outside. He also enjoys playing squash, attempting to cook in common kitchens, and supporting Philly sports. He hopes to bring together the wonderful TMC community and meet as many fascinating people in the club as he can. He’s always looking for an excuse to go outside (and not do his homework), so feel free to reach out with any trip ideas or events, no matter how well thought out they are!

Nick Bianchi
Big Weekends Director
Nick (he/him) is a sophomore from the Bronx, New York majoring in Clinical Psychology. He is really really excited to be a Co-Big Weekends Director this semester! Hiking was his first love, and when he’s not doing that, you might see him around campus eating, riding his bike or performatively reading a book he doesn’t quite understand. Hannah Carter
Big Weekends Director
Hannah (she/her) is a junior from Bend, Oregon majoring in child studies and human development, as well as Spanish. Being outside is her happy place, hiking, getting lost, even just sitting looking at clouds and stars. If she’s not outside you’ll find her trying to knit, in the gym, or rewatching her favorite shows. She first got involved with TMC through big weekends, and can’t wait to get more of ya’ll up to the Loj. Audrey Hufnagel
Hiking Director
Audrey (she/her) is a junior from the little town of Damariscotta on the coast of Maine studying sociology and civic studies. She loves spending time outside and is so excited to be hiking director for TMC this semester!! In addition to adventuring in the mountains, exploring trails around Tufts and spending time at the loj, Audrey loves sunrises, running (hopefully doing a marathon this spring!), playing frisbee, finding cute bookstores and coffee shops and baking. She is excited to lead some epic hiking adventures this semester and help make hiking and outdoor spaces more accessible to everyone in the Tufts community. Amelia Honabach
Climbing Director
Amelia (she/they) is a junior from Atlanta, GA majoring in community health and psych. She is so incredibly stoked to be climbing director, loves all things climbing, and is extremely psyched to get anyone who wants to on the wall!! Aside from climbing they love reading new books, trying new restaurants, cooking new foods, thrifting for funky pieces, and just exploring new places and things in general! Find her in central rock gym, hammocking or sledding on pres (depending on season), or dancing in burlesque. As a complete beginner, they also love fly fishing, embroidery, and crochet. Whether looking to organize a big event or literally just looking for someone to go to the climbing gym with for the first time or needing a new buddy, Amelia will be happy to go with you. Diana (she/her) is a sophomore from the sunny Los Angeles, California majoring in biopsychology and romance language studies. She loves playing on the club field hockey and water polo teams, cooking up Canva creations, listening to all sorts of music, or just hanging out with her awesome friends. You can find her enjoying the beach or the mountains, really anywhere she can see a good sunset and take photos of it. Inclusion Director
Angelica (She/her) is a sophomore from Lawrence, Massachusetts studying Political Science and Civic Studies. She was born and raised in the Dominican Republic exploring the mountains, rivers, and beaches of el campo! She loves meeting new people and building connections, and she can’t wait to connect TMC with the greater Tufts community! You can typically find her walking around doing a random side quest, playing tennis with her friends, or trying the latest drink at The Sink. She’s eager to be Inclusion Director and would love to chat about any crazy initiative that will bring people together in the outdoors! But also open to just go on a walk and dilly dally 😀

Savvy Mahoney
Community Director
Savvy (she/her) is a sophomore from Santa Monica, California studying biopsychology and English. When not watching Minecraft videos, she loves to do all things outdoors- skiing, hiking, swimming in any body of water, biking, lying in grass, and learning new constellations. Her top 3 favorite states are California, Montana, and Massachusetts. She believes everyone should have access to outdoor adventures and is so excited to send everyone out on their trips well prepared to have a fantastic and safe time. Darragh Boulbol
Biking Director
Darragh (he/him) is a sophomore from Stratham, New Hampshire. He loves all things outdoors: from hiking, to biking, to skiing (both resort and backcountry), to kayaking. He spends entire days wandering around the woods and foraging wild edibles. Darragh has been biking most of his life and loves long rides on dirt and pavement, or just a quick spin to a coffee shop. Kiernan (she/her) is a junior studying Biology and physics from central CT, and she’s so absolutely hyped to be TMC’s van director! Kiernan wants to make outdoor spaces as accessible as possible and what better way to do it than via our glorious van Vincent?! When Kiernan isn’t scheming stellar van plans, catch her polar plunging in the mystic, throwing some fris, or chatting about trees to whoever will listen. Stasia Eagle
Stewardship Director
Stasia (she/her) is a junior studying Biology and Environmental Studies who grew up in Durham, NC, but loves to mention that she is originally from Western Canada. As such, she has a strong affinity for all things maple syrup and the great outdoors. She loves adventures big and small, swimming in any body of water, tossing a frisbee, and running (late for class and sometimes intentionally). Anara Magavi
Snaqua Director
Anara (she/her) is a CD junior from Cambridge, MA, studying Engineering Psych and Fine Arts. She’s excited to lead lots of winter related trips as well as aqua related expeditions in the spring. On winter weekends she’s usually snowboarding (ski the east!) and is always happy to bring others so hit her up!
